POLICY

Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to Bondy's Lighting online. By purchasing products on our site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Bondy's Lighting reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any point in time without prior notice to you.

Warranties:

All products sold by Bondy's Lighting are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, usually 1 year. If you purchased a product from us and find it to be defective please contact us directly at 734-283-0434 for assistance in processing your claim. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions by liable for installation fees of any kind.

Defective Products:

If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do not ship the product back without contacting us first for a RGA # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship it back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.

Delivery:

Orders take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on availability (usually in less time). Occasionally production changes and a product will be temporarily out of stock, this may cause delays. Unfortunately, backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at 734-283-0434 if your order has not been received in the time expected. We will contact you by phone or e-mail with any backorder information we receive. We do provide free shipping with a minimum order of $250 (has to be UPS able size, not over-sized). Customer pays restocking fee of 15% upon the unfortunate event of a return, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item. ALL pieces must be returned with the product to receive any refund.

Shipping Damage:

If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (ups, fedex, ect.,) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.

Returns:

HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 15% restocking fee. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

- To personalize your experience(your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)

- To process transactions (Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.)

- To send periodic emails (The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition, you may receive occasional company news, updates, related product or service information).

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We give you an “extra layer” of security by using PayPal so your financial information is not shared with the person you are buying from. Transactions are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by a dedicated team of security specialists.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Michigan's Internet Privacy Protection Act (IPPA):

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the Michigan Internet Privacy Protection Act (IPPA). We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act:

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
